-SALARY PLAN

Since September 2009 we implemented a plan aimed Salaries to our employees in order to encourage the qualification, security, education, conservation of their homes and the good relationship between residents.

The salary of all employees is to match the minimum wage category, as determined by the Collective Agreement, and to it are added the following bonuses:

• Degree of Responsibility: increases proportionally as the responsibility of the work performed by the employee, with the floor and simple functions that do not require the use of machines, such as weeding, and functions as a ceiling that require a lot of responsibility and / or use of machinery high value, such as operating tractor;

• Education: bonus for each complete series of study and proven;

• Training: each course completed by the employee, provided the farm, and carry it during office hours, he receives a bonus;

• By year of experience in each role: as an incentive for training employees with multiple skills and remain many years here at the Farm, we provide this bonus increases each year that the employee complete each function, for example: Operator Mowing and chainsaw, Tractor Operator, Applicator pesticide, Wash PPE, etc...;

• Proper Use of PPE: how to encourage the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment, employees receive this bonus, however if he is caught during the month not using or improperly using any item it stops receiving their gratification;

•  Other Useful Courses for Retiro Santo Antônio Farm: any courses that employees place outside the farm on their own, they also receive a bonus, for example: electrician, orchids, mason, sewing, baking, etc...
